Born in Antwerp in 1981, I only started seriously with photography in 2009 during a journey of several months across South America. Since then it rapidly evolved into a real passion. Where I used to 'take pictures while travelling', I now travel for photography. I take every opportunity to go out and shoot.

Over the years I specialized in natural landscapes, probably because these are the places I enjoy being the most. I try to capture moments that hopefully will help people realize how beautiful - but fragile - our tiny blue planet is. My dream would be that my pictures contribute to a better protection of our natural environment.

I am currently using a Nikon D750 and only develop my pictures with Lightroom. Some pictures on this website were still taken with a D7100 and you’ll find some smartphone pics om my Instagram account.

Other gear include a tripod, basic Lee filters (ND grads, big stopper & polarizer), a few lenses (50mm & 85mm prime, 14-24mm, 24-70mm & 70-200mm).
